I loved this location, but especially recently it is way too time consuming to stop and get anything. The drive thru can take upwards of 20-40 minutes on any given day. My last trip it took 35 minutes to get through the line. The left lane has a really bad bump and scraped the under side of my car. The barista said they were trying to get it fixed sometime soon and they try to not have smaller cars in the left line, there is no signage or anyone warning customers. Unfortunately my undercarriage has scratches on it from the last trip here. I'm hoping they are able to work on faster times because the drinks are delicious, but not worth the time it takes to wait for them.

I walked up to the door not knowing if they take walk-up orders or not, and a young lady immediately stepped out to take my order, but I forgot her name! After she went inside to place my order, I realized I needed to run to my car. I let the drive thru employee, whose name is Haley, know I'd be right back. Haley immediately offered to bring my drink to me when it was ready, but at the same time, someone walked out with it and handed it to Haley, who then gave it to me, all before I even walked away. I ordered a caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso. The coffee was good, not too strong either, which means they countered all the espresso with the correct amount of caramel. Oh and to top it all off, the coffees I've ordered from there previously has paid off, bc today's coffee was completely free with my rewards! I'll be back! Thanks ladies, and 7 brew!

A new hire took my order and there was a new hire on lane as well. They were both so sweet doing exactly what was needed to be done and were overall very friendly and you could tell they were happy to be there. Great job guys. It was a great experience.

Our server today was Caryol. Bright smiling young lady who was very attentive and got our drinks right and also related them back with no errors. We have been a customer since they opened as we live extremely close by, I will say the service has declined over the last year. The management I believe is simply too young and inexperienced. The crew seems to change like you change your underwear. Maybe with more experienced management or even an older manager who the staff would see more as authority instead of their friend, just food for thought.
